Current Plan

1. Conduct Preliminary Annual General Meeting (AGM) and finalize board and company structure.
2. Explore inactive hydropower development concessions and licenses.
3. Obtain a small size hydropower project to gain experience in power generation and project management.
4. Increase the shareholder numbers at least to 200,000 families over the country.
5. Publish Water Resource Development Journal of Nepal.
6. Carry out exploration of new and existing hydropower projects in Nepal.
7. Conduct seminar and workshop on Water resource Development.
8. Lobby with the Government for correction of faulty Agreements/MoUs for hydropower projects.
9. Raise awareness of water resource potentials and peoples participation as an engine of development.
10. Initiate network building among national and international players in water resource management and projects.
